The personality of our wine lies within its variety.

For generations, the Hundsdorfer vineyard has been family-owned and operated. Anton Hundsdofer is the current owner.

At the beginning, the business was multifaceted. Over time it transformed into a vineyard. One reason was not only the excellent training and education of the current owner, but also a love for nature and wine.

Today, the vineyard cultivates the specialties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Blauburger, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, St. Laurent, and Chardonnay on 15 hectares of land.

Main focus is of course the area’s most important specialty Blaufränkisch. In all of Austria grapes will find here the best conditions for optimal maturation.

The Pannonian climate, deep heavy sand and loamy soils are the foundation for excellent plant growth.

Both sons work in the business bringing forward their own ideas. Anton absolved the higher-level secondary school for viniculture and orcharding (Höhere Bundeslehranstalt für Wein- und Obstbau) and the study of viniculture, oenology and wine marketing. Currently, Anton is studying food technology on the BOKU. Lukas absolved the "Vino-Hak in Neusiedl/See" and supports his father with the business.

Later on, both boys want to be actively involved in the vineyard and takeover business.
